Nervous System Reclamation Workshops
Is the world too loud? Our Nervous System Reclamation Workshops are designed to help you understand how trauma lives in the body and provide somatic practices for regulation. Learn breathwork, movement, and grounding techniques, and create DIY sensory kits for everyday overwhelm. These workshops are trauma-informed and tailored for neurodivergent brains.
Ideal for: ADHD/autistic adults, trauma survivors, and anyone who feels like the world is “just too loud.”

Deconstructing "Too Much": Rewriting Your Emotional Narrative
Emotional intensity isn't a flaw—it's your superpower! In this workshop, we dismantle shame around big feelings, differentiate emotional depth from emotional dysregulation, and learn how to be emotionally honest and boundaried. Process grief, rage, and longing without apologizing for it.
Ideal for: Deep feelers, neurodivergent folks, women healing from codependency, and everyone told they’re “too sensitive.”

Burn It Down: Breaking Cycles of Generational Trauma
The family cycle stops here. Even if it stops messy. This workshop focuses on naming family patterns like enmeshment, narcissism, gaslighting, and scapegoating. We delve into inner child reclamation and reparenting yourself with compassion. Learn how to set sacred boundaries when the family doesn’t “get it,” letting go of guilt and claiming your freedom.
Ideal for: Cycle breakers, adult children of dysfunction, and those reclaiming their voice in family systems.
For the first time in my life, I’m not surviving my story—I’m rewriting it. This workshop didn’t just give me tools. It gave me language, a mirror, and most importantly, people who didn’t ask me to tone it down to be loved. I’ve never felt so seen, and so safe being exactly as I am.

Ideal for: Aspiring writers, overanalyzers, and anyone needing catharsis on the page.
